Reliability Verification Procedure

Purpose  

To minimize the occurrence of device hardware malfunction caused by external factors during use.

  

To verify the normal operation of device drivers and S/W reliability.

  

Verification test by bar code module
Contents  
  • Ingress Protection waterproof and dustproof test
  • 1.8-meter device drop test
  • Operating temperature test: -20 degrees Celsius to +70 degrees Celsius.
  
  • Run self-test according to company's own quality standards (10 sets)
  
  • Measure the scanning distance by density
  • Average aging recognition speed
  • Measure the recognition rate

    • Continuous scanning test with Code 128, 10 mil, 8 cm distances
  • Performance test in special environments
    • Check the recognition rate of damaged bar code, metal materials, film, and contaminated bar code
